Roller Brothers were great in installing my windows at my house. I had these windows purchased for a different contractor and this put me in a situation that most contractors don't want to deal with. Especially, since these windows were sized for a new construction install rather than pocket windows where you don't fully remove the old frames. When I called the Roller Brothers for an estimate, they immediately came out and looked at the job. Erik understood what was planned and eased my concerns by telling me that they are totally willing to help me out. It was clear he knew what was needed to complete the job. After he sent me the estimate and we signed the contract, the next week their crew was out at the house and worked very efficiently and professionally. This included adjusting some of the window installs and getting more material due to changes needed. At the end of each day, they gave me an update on where they were and what to expect on the next day. That made it perfect for us to plan with our pets and move the furniture. The finished product of the install was excellent and looks absolutely professional. I would definitely recommend Roller Brothers for work on your home.
